Simply put, when you create a ticket for a customer, they will immediately gain access to your private portal. They can see all of their past tickets, tickets from the company they belong to, as well as respond to tickets, all within your branded private portal.
Any owner of a ticket is considered a “Service User”. For example, if you have 5 customer service reps working tickets in their name/ownership, you would have 5 “Service Users” and would need our Pro plan.

Yes all of your past tickets will be imported into your portal. Currently we can import 50,000 tickets per 24 hour period, so we suggest playing a game or two of Tetris while you wait.
